1. To plan, implement and supervise QA function for BN and VETA products including sampling, rejection and evaluation of raw materials and ensure that production processes are in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Hazzard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Standard Production Instruction (SPI).
2. Manage and ensure the Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety system of Company as company management representative.
3. Control and ensure incoming raw material and packaging material quality to meet acceptable standard, specification.
4. Control and ensure product quality to meet acceptable standard, specification.
5. Control and ensure production process and environment to meet higher GMP/HACCP/Food safety standard.
6. Control customer compliant and defective rate within department target.
7. Ensure the product formulation and control department expense.
8. Encourage subordinate in order to improve employee satisfaction and continuous improvement.
